
Mynt Design has created a new retail design concept for family owned opticians Henry Smith + Hamylton in Leicester. Inspired by the architecture of the flagship store on Horsehair Street, the shopping environment is designed to reflect the brand's rich heritage and personality as a professional and established Leicestershire brand, while clean, clinical spaces are used for eye examinations and private consultations.
Meanwhile, a fun, bold and vibrant zone is used to showcase the brand's broad range of sunglasses.
The revamp is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2017 and will roll out to the company's seven optical practices throughout the county.
