NikeLab unveils new look at Dover Street Market

Founded by Rei Kawakubo and Adrian Joffe of Japanese label Comme des Garçons in 2004, Dover Street Market in London has been home to Nike's NikeLab since 2014. The space has been given an extensive renovation, with all core fixtures and fittings reconsidered.

The sportswear giant worked alongside creative agency Rosie Lee on the transformation. The design aims to reconcile the practicality desired from a working store with Dover Street Market’s high-fashion ideals.

The design reflects the existing industrial elements of Dover Street Market, while using reclaimed metals and wooden palettes to create flexible product displays. This allows the store to be re-configured into a number of different layouts for each collection.
