Burberry to relocate Knightsbridge store to No. 1 Sloane Street

British luxury fashion house Burberry will relocate its Knightsbridge store on Brompton Road to No. 1 Sloane Street, as part of the first phase of The Knightsbridge Estate K1 development. The retailer will relocate its Knightsbridge store from nearby Brompton Road where it currently trades from twin men’s and women’s shops and consolidate as one flagship location on four floors and an area of more than 1,393 sq m.

The K1 development will deliver a mix of world-class retail, Grade A office accommodation, 35 residential rental apartments and new garden space. The let to Burberry at No.1 Sloane Street builds on the relationship between the brand and Chelsfield following the creation of the flagship Bond Street store in 2005.

'We are delighted to once again be working with Burberry, one of the UK’s leading brands, in a partnership that will see the creation of an outstanding new store within The Knightsbridge Estate’s development on the corner of Sloane Street and Brompton Road. This builds on a long-standing association between the two companies and epitomises the Chelsfield philosophy of establishing long-term relationships with exceptional and like-minded organisations,' says said Elliott Bernerd, chairman of Chelsfield.
