Global sound company Devialet has announced the launch of a new store at The Royal Exchange in London. The opening is the latest step in the company’s UK expansion plans, which will also see the opening of a Devialet store in Canary Wharf and the launch of an immersive mobile experience – Phantom on the Road – in the coming months.
The 33 sq m Royal Exchange store has been designed to provide an ideal setting for consumers to listen to and experience Devialet’s award-winning Phantom.
This new store follows on from the brand's recently unveiled immersive room in London St. Pancras station. Further store openings in iconic London locations are planned for later this year, with another premium store also set to open in Harrods, Westfield London and Apple, as well as an exclusive network of audio resellers nationwide.
In addition to the new store openings, Devialet is also launching a number of innovative customer experiences. This includes an exclusive concierge delivery service for in-store purchases. Customers who buy a Phantom or Expert product in select Devialet stores can have their purchase delivered anywhere in London within two hours at no extra cost.
As part of Devialet’s mission to bring the best sound in the world to as many people as possible, Devialet is also launching Phantom on the Road, a mobile demonstration room designed to showcase the quality of Devialet sound in a range of locations. Londoners will be able to experience the clarity, power and precision of Devialet’s Phantom speaker at events, festivals and in high footfall areas around London.
'At Devialet, we want everything we do to be exceptional. This ambition starts with our products and extends through to the design of our stores and to the experiences we provide to the public. We want to be able to give as many people as possible the chance to experience the Devialet sound for themselves, so we’re thrilled to be launching this next phase of our UK growth with new stores in iconic London locations and with our innovative Phantom on the Road initiative,' says Victor d’Allancé, general manager Devialet UK & Ireland.
