Ace & Tate opens peep store in Seven Dials

Dutch eyewear brand, Ace & Tate has opened its first physical retail space in the UK, in the form of a peep store in Seven Dials, London. The brand's ethos is to offer high quality frames at a fair price and build a creative community along the way. The store will be open for five months.

The two-storey space on Earlham Street has been designed by the brand's inhouse retail team and plays with reflection; a system of turning mirrors face the street to reflect passersby, and a neon artwork installation – a connecting detail between all Ace & Tate retail spaces – shows a palindromic sentence reflected in two mirrors.

To celebrate the distinct spirit of Londoners, Ace & Tate is sharing its retail space with creatives across the city. First up is photographer Hayley Louisa Brown and a selection of images from her last project, Children of Graceland, which is supported by the Ace & Tate Creative Fund.
