First introduced in Coach's Prairie Calico Print, the Tea Rose is lifted from bag designs and celebrated with grandeur in the brand's Fall '17 windows. The designs fuse the signature Tea Rose along with the play on proportion that was a key message of the season. Luxury craftsmanship meets whimsicality with the play on scale using giant sculptural blooms composed in a beautiful neutral palette with touches of luxurious chrome to hero the product and let it stand out.
The design uniquely engages each window space with thoughtfulness and playfulness. Details comes thru with an eclectic mix of intricately embossed surfaces accented with pearlized pain and chrome riveting and smaller blooms in warm shades of bronze and gold to giving an edgy romance nod to the season, the one that celebrates the perfect juxtaposition of the prairie meets the city.
The men's Fall windows are an extension of the women's Tea Rose windows. The designs takes on a storytelling approach, that fuses the art of craft and the 'making of' the brand's bags such as the signature Tea Rose bag. 'Most importantly, the scheme plays on proportion and scale, a key message of the season similarly to how we explored Tea Rose in women,' says Samar Younes, design director, global visual creative at Coach. 'Luxury craftsmanship meets whimsicality with the play on scale using giant sculptural craftsmanship tools, and elements capturing a shot of an artisan working in our workshop. A curated selection of props at various scale furthers the story and transforms you into this playful fantasy that exaggerates all aspect of our craftsmanship approach.'
