Fried chicken and cocktail restaurant, Chick ‘n’ Sours, is set to launch a new two-floor eatery at 14 Artillery Passage in Shoreditch, this November. The 1,200 sq ft site has been secured by leading specialist UK leisure property agency, Shelley Sandzer, on behalf of the brand.
The new opening, tucked between Liverpool Street Station and Spitalfields Market, will expand Chick ‘n’ Sours’ London portfolio to four sites following its initial success at Haggerston. The 50-cover Artillery Passage restaurant will be open seven days a week, and include a take-away hatch for the fast-dining crowd.
Etai Page, Leasing Agent at Shelley Sandzer, commented: “Chick ‘n’ Sours is an already strong brand in this part of London, and we combined our understanding of the market with their requirements to bring forward this prime site. The brand will no doubt capitalise on footfall from Spitalfields, Liverpool Street, and Shoreditch, and I have confidence they will make a huge success of this location.”
