The 1960s shopping centre, located in Mill Lane, includes anchor retailers Marks and Spencer, Sainsbury’s, Argos and Boots and is visited by over a million customers every year. IM Properties, which bought the centre in 2013 from Aviva Investors, has aspirations to further develop the scheme.

Sophie Orme, director in Colliers International’s Investment Property Management division, said: “We have a strong reputation for managing properties – in excess of 40 shopping centres and retail parks across the country. Our experienced and stable team of experts are able to support our clients to develop Mell Square into a shopping destination of choice for everyone.”
