The first Completely Retail Marketplace UK (CRMP UK) event of 2020 is on 28th April at the iconic Old Billingsgate Market venue in the heart of London. Organisers Completely Events are delighted to confirm a list of quirky and unique new brands already confirmed to attend and take part in the event’s famous Soapbox stage.

April’s Soapbox lineup includes; Get a Drip – wellness industry disruptors and the UK’s first high street Vitamin Drip providers, Jollof Box – delicious African cuisine eatery and Dragons’ Den and MasterChef alumni, Naked Dough – the UK’s first cookie dough cafe where you can eat the dough raw, SpiceBox – ‘veg with edge’: fresh and flavoursome Indian food suitable for vegans, The Source Bulk Foods – your local health food store helping the UK to shop healthy and fight against waste, and Backyard Cinema – a themed cinema experience that has grown to become one of London’s leading alternative cinema brands.

Launched in 2014, Soapbox is where young and emerging retail brands looking for sites take to the stage in front of CRMP UK’s property delegation. The retailers then have a few minutes to showcase what they are about and what sort of retail space they are after – whether it be a bricks and mortar shop, a popup, a promotional kiosk or a partnership with another brand.

Soapbox has helped hundreds of growing and emerging retailers put their concept and site requirements in front of a targeted audience of property professionals at the respective events. This platform has set the wheels in motion for property acquisitions for brands across the retail, leisure and F&B sectors including Zabardast, Tortilla, Chop Chop London, London Grace, Ripple and Roll, Dum Dum Donuts, SLAW, Dashl, Flower Burger, Pirate Studios and Chuku’s London, who have recently opened a permanent London kitchen.

Retailers looking to attend CRMP UK on 28th April 2020 can meet with confirmed property companies including Avison Young, British Land, Capital & Regional, Carter Jonas, CWM, Eric Young & Co, intu Properties, Knight Frank, NewRiver and The Crown Estate.

All new brands and retailers attend for free and can also benefit from a monetary flight contribution if arriving internationally* – see the event website for more details and full T&Cs. For 2020, CRMP have scrapped the cap on free attendees from each brand. Now, all delegates who are representing a brand and every occupier can attend CRMP completely free of charge.
